Several ministry opportunities exist here at North Bowling Green Church of God. Connecting individuals through Jesus Christ by using our talents, hobbies, passion, and abilities to serve others in practical ways. Each is a service ministry with a four-fold purpose: SERVE others in practical ways, BUILD relationships with fellow Christians, BEFRIEND the unsaved and GLORIFY GOD!

OUR SEWING GROUP: Whether it is teaching a younger generation how to sew or sewing costumes for the Christmas play, we love using our talents for the Lord. Our group consist of individuals who love to sew and love to serve the Lord. Our goal is connecting ourselves and others together through a common bond such as sewing to expand our fellowship with believers and non-believers. Feel free to join us and put your love for sewing to use for the Lord.

OUR READING GROUP: Our reading group is dedicated to those of us who love to read. We currently are setting up a library where the congregration can check out books. We are also taking donations of christian books both fact and fiction for our library. You can either donate them or loan them to library. Either way, let your books be a blessing to others. Other projects include reading to shut ins and book club discussions.

OUR HOSPITALITY GREETERS: Our hospitality greeters are individuals within the church that meet you with a smile and a handshake. Our hospitality services include a one of kind valet parking every Sunday morning. Drive your car to the front and this group will be happy to park and take care of your vehicle while you attend service. This can be especially helpful on those cold and rainy days. Hospitality greeters can also be found greeting you at the door, opening doors and presenting welcome packets to first time visitors. The main goal of the hospitality greeters is to make EVERYONE feel welcomed.

OUR MOTORCYCLE GROUP: Get your motor running! Our motorcycle group is a group of men and women who love the Lord and love to ride motorcycles. Weekend rides are always being planned. Rides can vary from a one hour ride through the country to a full blown weekend ride. This ministry is used as a casual way to invite in the lost, who also love to ride, and let them know that Christians like to have fun too! Come be a part of our group, you just need a motorcycle!

OUR CONSTRUCTION TEAM:Working with our hands is what we enjoy! Whether we are painting walls or replacing old carpet, this groups loves to get our hands dirty. This group does the work that most love to avoid. Using our talents and abilities for the Lord this group handles all the construction and repair needs of the church. All request goes through our coordinator and the work is then filtered to the appropriate individual. Our group will also mentor individuals while working the project providing valuable knowledge and expertise.

OUR MISSIONS: Missions and outreach plays a vital role at North Bowling Green Church of God. From our Hispanic Outreach to our Vacation Bible School program, we offer several ministries to reach out to our community and surrounding areas. John 4:35 says "...I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest." Our goal is to reach the lost.
